Hi Guys and girls,

i am looking for some advice or a point in the right direction. i am going to NZ in a couple of weeks.

1: I land in christchurch do you have an idea where to buy used boards?
2: do you know of a shop in Auckland that would be willing to purchase a used board? around the 3rd of april?
3: maybe someone in here has a board they would sell: around 120-140l 7,6 to 9ft wave, (it could be stubby, slate, widebody, all wave etc), 800 to 1300NZD)
4: is there a similar forum in NZ? i can't find one...

Hello

Trademe is definitely the place for used boards in NZ. Awhile ago I sent a message to seabreeze asking if we could include NZ as a state in the Buy & Sell section but never heard back.

If you want to buy from a store (Auckland) then check out:
- SupCentre in New Market
- Ocean Culture in Takapuna
- Contact Jeremy S from Starboard. I've seen his warehouse and it has heaps of good used boards.

Otherwise I have an 2012 8'5x29 Starboard Pro 123L non-carbon I may part with for the right dough...or actually even be open to renting it to you for your trip! Would be good for it to get some water time.

Not sure of stores in Christchurch sorry. If you head to Dunedin then there is also Watercooled Sports and a truck load of awesome surf points down there.

You could try Allan at Groundswell in Christchurch. He would be the one stop SUP surf stop in Chrictchurch

Go see Brian at Pt Chev nzboardstore.co.nz/

He does surf, sup and windsports-new and used, stay away from Jeremy at starboard, he is the distributor and can be expensive.

Trademe is where most boards are bought and sold
