woke up having panic attacks with tonsillitis a few weeks back. Couldn't breathe lying on my back and kept choking myself awake with the top part of my throat resting on the lower part at certain angles. Still had to go to work though. didnt eat for a week. At the end of it I hopped on the scales and lost 6 kilos. When I got better I realised how I don't need as much food as I am stuffing into to my mouth to get by so I have reduced the size of meals. Lost another 6 kilos in the threes weeks after this. Now that low volume board I have bought, that was too small, whilst injured, is a great possibility.
