What can we do to get it going?
As a suggestion maybe just top two each state likely only 8-12 blokes or 16- 24 for men's and women's if ladies keen. Would not add too much to schedule. 
Great idea.... just give surfing Australia a buzz.. Could be a showcase for full inclusion next year.
