Pacifica Ocean Paddlers Pacifica will be hosting a twilight race series commencing at 5.30pm on Friday 15th October at Mona vale Basin for s,u,p,s and paddleboards.
Approximately 2.5 kms course over 3 laps, out through the channel back through the waves.
Cost $15.00 (to cover insurance)
A good fun event for cross training and time trialing every... fortnight throughout summer.

Bit torn - supposed to go NW tomorrow pm and I'm dieing for a surf.
This looks like a lap course and not downwind. With the strong NE'ers forecast tomorrow it could be a tough day at the office. Wonder if they have the option to go downwind?
If I get there I'll be going downwind. Too many upwind races lately to do it when you get the good conditions.

Got the board on the car - 15-20 out of the north I'm happy to go downwind but not so much for a couple laps around the cans - the pubs a better place for that.
