The DEMO will be run in conjunction with the JPP time trials from 7.30am
Balmoral team, will be on hand with tips and instruction and guidance on the right gear for you.
Learn to SUP Lessons just $25pp or $20pp for kids and families.
Funds raised will go to the JDRF - Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation.

Looks like the magic combo of sun, 26 degrees and off-shore winds will come together for this Sunday's DEMO at Narrabeen Lake! 
The DEMO (free for experienced paddlers) will kick off at 7.30am along with the JPP time trial.
Lessons will start at 8am - $25pp or $20pp for families.
The JPP Time Trials
Jamieson Park Paddle are holding time trials on the Lake for all those who want to start racing but are just a little unsure where to begin, we can assist you!
Time: 7:30 am for a 8:00 am start.
Cost: $10 with your own board $25 if you wish to hire a race board from JPP (Many to chose from)
Distance: 4-5 km So please come along and let’s enjoy this great sport together.
There will be a BBQ breakfast afterwards to cure your hard earned appetite, talk about how you felt you performed and to meet new friends.

Hey Jonbro there will be someX32 Naish - just checking sizes and 14 Ft carbon Glide-dcc55
We have a couple of Wide body JP's.
I will try and get a full list of Naish from JB who is coming down for the day.
