I've noticed, even on his small 7'11, that the first few top turns he moves his back foot to the new inside rail to almost leverage and kick the rear of the board around on it's tail.. then later (about 2mins in) he's fully centred both front and rear feet..
Interesting, see when I top turn I rarely move my back foot from the centre of the pad (speeed 8'10, which I know has a wider tail) and I think this is where I'm stalling out.. I want roosters and I'm not getting them 80% of the time, just turns...
