Know its been awhile since I've been on here but figure this is worth it.
I spent a lot of time overseas this year and missed some cracking swells, but was stoked to finally be home for this one. The sand up here at the moment is insane and produced Kirra like freight trains at one location over the last few days.
Check out the edit below of the spot. Wasn't easy to make and with the rip and the heavy drop on the lower tide so had it to myself pretty much except for a few short boarders having a crack. Got worked on a few but sat in some of the heaviest and roundest barrels I've been in on anything. Made a few sneaky ones too. How my board is still in once piece, I don't know.

Yep ballsy stuff young man and as you said how the hell you didn't break a board or two is unbelievable.
How good was that , gutsy stuff .I bet the sinus's were well flushed out after that.
