Hi everyone,
All the activities will commence from the front of the St Kilda Sea Baths next to the Republica Bar on Sunday, not at the usual spot on Pier Road.
Parking is available on Pier Road or within the Sea Baths complex.
Cheers,
SUPHQ
Just further to the last posting, there is a Triathlon in St Kilda tomorrow morning from 7am to 12pm so make sure you arrive early to secure a park!! There may be disruption to local traffic and a few road closures.
Cheers,
SUPHQ
Hey Guys
I presume you are talking about the first Gatorade Triathlon, they have had their signs up for a while now about the road closures etc, but their Tri is actually on next Sunday 20th @ St Kilda, so I think it will be okay. If the weather stays nice though St Kilda will get busy pretty quickly in the morning.
Cheers Mel
ROAD UPDATE... Although it looks scary guys they have promised that they will let anyone through that is going to St Kilda Seabaths. As per previous post make sure you come in from the Elwood side, anywhere from Luna Park to a few more streets along that way is fine. They'll let you through the main bollards to get to St Kilda Seabaths.
We believe there may be another small triathlon event Brighton way which might make Beach Rd a bit of a pain in the a$%, unconfirmed at this stage though.
See you soon!
Previous Post...
Update on getting to Port Phillip Cup in the morning...
For the SUP races early in front of St Kilda Seabaths... 9am rego... Looks like we'll be fine to get into St Kilda from the Elwood/Brighton end along Beaconsfield Parade. We believe Beaconsfield Parade & Jacka Boulevard will be blocked from Fitzroy St towards Port Melbourne.
Would suggest anyone coming from the Northern end make their way to Punt Road, onto St Kilda Road, then through St Kilda any road South of Fitzroy St to get to the beach.
Can't wait, conditions are looking perfect!
Hey Guys, I have been up all night on a call out for work since 2am and we still have issues so unfortunately we wont be able to attend![]()
It does lool like you have alltime conditions so wishing you a fantastic day.

Apologies if I put anyone wrong about the lack of a tri, there wasn't a tri but I think the problem was the "City to sea " fun run. Jono and I tried to get there but only got as close as Elwood![]()
Cheers Mel
