Hi - travelling across the Nullarbor next week with a couple of SUP boards on the roof.
They're in a Flying Objects travel bag but any other tips to avoid delam?
Looks like hot days next week and would hate board damage,
Thanks for sharing experiences and any tips
Fred

Following this .
One thing to consider will be colour of bag. A black or dark bag can get hot very quickly

They will most likely get very hot in bag, I would just try to keep direct sun off, and air movement should cool them. Inside a bag will eventually heat up.

I put my dry Sup in a chunky weave sock / condom ( towels would do ) then into heavy silver reflective bag leaving zipper open a bit to vent . When its a baking slow trip in I wrap with Aircell for extra insulated. Today, Air temp out the flat is mid 40's , another 10+ through rocky ranges to water holes.
