Looked at the surf at about 7 o'clock and it didn't look anything special but we went out anyway.
We went about 100 m south of the Rivermouth and found this beautiful little Bank knee-high to waste high waves. Some sets were closing out a little bit but every second or third wave was a ripper and as we expected the ghost really picked up. We had so much fun. The Great thing is we're the only two at the break and we just paddle out turned, caught a wave.paddle back out !
It was good except I get very buggered..The Ghost Up does what it does and that's easy glide straight onto the wave, such a nice board.
The Ghost worked so much better than yesterday with a little bit more power in the waves. Both Boards were awesome, we are hoping it's going to get bigger again tomorrow so fingers crossed.
We then went for a bike ride from the hotel to town via a Memories beach and both bikes clapped out so we had to struggle up to the Highway and onto the Board factory.
We got up there, bloody hot buddy tired, and had something to eat drink and caught up with the crew there and they lent us another demo board. A new Sunova Ghost 8'10
Just then it piss down so we hung around and then got a taxi with two bikes and a SUP in it
We're back in the Hotel just waiting for the rain to settle And will head out this afternoon.. Woooooh
