G'day lads and ladies, putting the idea out there that this Sundays' DW would have the usual start location ( south side Port Beach carpark), but have two finish points.
Swannie for the ones that are time poor, or just getting the hang of the DW thing, and Scarbs for the crew training for the Doctor.
Start time would be earlier ( 1430hrs ) .
Please post your thoughts, and we will firm up the course and logistics on Saturday.

All go for tomorrow arvo !!! 20-30 kn S/SW with a 1.5-2.0 m swell - should be a bit of fun ! Start time will be at 1430 hrs at the South end of the Port Beach carpark.

Luke will have his trailer at Brighton carpark from 1330.
Those finishing at Swannie and needing to get back to the start, should meet at Swannie to car pool at 1345

Finish will be 1) Swannie SLSC
2) Brighton beach carpark - South side of Scarbs SLSC

Paddlers doing the run to Scarbs are asked that they regroup at Swannie so that we can do a head count before heading off again.

Leashes are a must, PFD's to be worn at paddlers' discretion.

I suggested Nth Scab because Brighton can get pretty hectic. Windy Sunday there will be 30 kites and poles. City to Trigg/Sorrento is my regular run and I try to be 300m plus out to miss the traffic at windsurf alley at Brighton but stilli have ended with one of each my head. The poles don' t seem to see you and you never know what to expect from the kites.
Did the run today, if you have a weed fin that would be good. Heaps of ribbon weed
