AHD (windsurfing brand) has been bought by a French group of people (including Bruno Andre as a team rider / designer), with ties to the Piaget factory in tunisia, which is one of the few places making production PVC sandwich boards in Europe. They have created specialized sub-brands: Nah Skwell for SUP, WoW and Tiki Taki for rentals/club and entry level SUPs. They are nice "family" boards: tough and light, not expensive, whole area pads, mastfoots, stable. I had the Sealion and the 9'6" Get Up.
They have some innovative models, like the Sea Lion for SUP+Windsurfing, and the "scow" square nosed racing boards. Bruno Andre is also experimenting a lot with foils, but no production model yet.
They are well known in France's Brittany, less elsewhere.
I've had a demo of a couple of the race boards at a race event in the south east of England a year or so ago, one was fast and stable on the flat water, the other was a prototype that seemed great but gave a little wobble when I tried to put some power in.
it was a prototype though so I expect has been tweaked, or I was just crap.. ;)
that "scow" I hear is a great design and has done well in a few open ocean events in Europe.
