Why USD on the poster? Looked cheap at first glance. disingenuous to some degree, Aussie people and this an Aussie site.

so it's FROM $5688

Sounds like Mark doesn't like the USA.

The Price is a little scary ,but it is a luxury Boat and everything is paid for ,food is next level and as much as you can eat .and surf is epic .
It's not a trip you could do every year because of the price for poor surfers like me . as I have two flight connections but well worth a trip if you have not done it .
My last trip was 7 years ago .and I'm booked to go with these guys next month ,the price has gone up $1200 in 7 years
so not too bad with inflation ,and next years trip have already crept up ,but the Maldives is beautiful .They drop you right on the point with the extra 60 foot boat that follows the Luxury hotel ,that carries the boards and dive gear if you want to dive
,the crew are great .they
help you with boards Basically you paddle up they take your board ,rack it and you go have a drink at the bar .you feel like a king, Fishing is good too ,and you can fish at anytime take a rod .Its a life time trip and the boats are first class floating hotels .There are over 1192 island s in the Maldives and only 187 inhabited with most of them with 4-5 breaks on them so your bound to get uncrowded surf .I still think of my last trip all the time and now I'm over 60 now I feel I needed to go again ,so time is ticking and I probably don't have many good years left ,as everything hurts now .. so do it if you can .I paid -$1000 , to be paid to get a spot on board and then a time payment over 4-5 months, in my case as I booked early ,so it doesn't hurt so much

no I don't like it's organised by Aussie folks who have used different currency in advertising to make it sound cheap .. plus the "from" and "USD" a bit smaller

are they site sponsor?
sure it's an epic trip of course and I have no issues with the price. Or Yanks lol. Just sneaky ads

Most international trips/events etc are paid in US$. But Trump may put an end to that.

Every boat trip I've seen is advertised and charged in USD

Well I can't afford to go on trips but every tour or cruise etc from an Australian provider is priced in AUD. All of them I just googled

maybe flash surf travel is different and I'm wrong.

Was really hoping Xperience travel was going to offer a SUP trip on the base model charter Sea Fairer. My style of boat trip is stripped back and laid back with skipper, surf guide, maldivian crew/cooks. No frills focus on surfing, if ya wanna fish or dive sort yourself out and entertain yourself. I realise its not for everyone but its affordable and I don' want any of the other extras and accept that I'm travelling and surfing with mates and my missus (and theirs) don't want a bar of surf trips. We do loads of travelling and camping together which we both love.
On that note I'm sure there's plenty of folks who love this level of luxury and entertainment, it seems to be mainly whats on offer nowadays, and these travel companies have to run profitable enterprises.
I just wish that low budget boat trips were an option esp in the Maldives. There is in other surf regions like the Ments.

I couldn't agree with you more. I often check out the surf trips on offer and most of them are a bit expensive. I'm happy to stay in a bamboo hut and have minimal frills but harder to find than the 5 star offers.

yeah. no other way to do it or you're carrying the currency exchange risk as the charter is paid in USD.

do agree with Mark that it should just be written clearly, put USD3650 in the same size font if you're not using local currency.
