Thanks for the video Casso
As has been said above- good luck ,your chances of a good result are very likely considering your age, fitness etc .
Don't listen to all the negatives...
One of the main things in your favour is that the movements involved in using the paddle are a little less irritating to the sensitive structures of your shoulder than in prone paddling.
Speaking from personal experience as well as many years of trying to help shoulders amongst other things...
Cheers
I am only new to seabreeze and I don't think I will mention any injuries...

Hey casso, you don't need to sell your board just because you can't use for six months, send it down here I'll look after it for you at no cost.

My shoulder is a lot stronger since I got into Downwind paddling. Downwind Paddling has been a blessing to my shoulder. I haven't had pain in my shoulder for years I'm a very lucky man as my body heal quickly. Everyone heal differently, I always hear of people that have gone under the knife and have never made a full recovery loosing there bread and butter as they are professional athletes.
When it comes to shoulders there are some exercises you will need to avoid
happy recovery

Im not a big advocate for the knife , i had a hip reco done a couple of years ago and wish i never did , my shoulder gets bad sometimes from old footy injuries but i just rest it when it hurts , take plenty of fish oil and condroiten and have started taking tumeric ( supposed to be a great natural anti inflamitory.(plus it cheap).
