How'd it all go today? Was there enough West in it for Raffs?
Had Kid duties today but got some nice late arvy action yesterday at OG and then 13th- weird winds and weather or what!!!!
My daughters danced beautifully today by the way, great balance. I'm going to have to look for a bulk deal on four SUP's for my kids!! I'll get a tippy one for my youngest son for laughing at his old man, whilst demonstrating a pivot turn and falling off!!

Last Sunday was our BASS SUP Christmas event #5 & AGM to be held at a break near Barwon Heads. We all arrived from 7.30am amping each other up to have a crack at the 20 knot onshore as the swell had risen overnight from 1' to 3'.
It was just too windy with the occasional 25 knot bullets pumping through so we moved over to the river and set up.
As always it was perfect .....YESTERDAY , 28deg , clean offshore , we all still had heaps of FUN.

After two DW runs and Van shuffles and a few more crew arriving the BBQ kicked up a feast for our Christmas event and we discussed heading back for a surf as the wind had dropped.
Now with the formal part of the day complete we packed up in record time and pumped for some waves, the road train headed for Raffs.
Good for a kite or windsurf but still no go.
Some of us drove back to Cosy corner Torqauy where it was protected from the wind and we finally scored some small peelers.

Great photos, looks like everyone had fun. Spewin I had other commitments. Catch up with all you crew really soon, in fact hoprfully it's offshore all weekend because there appears to be swell but onshores all during the week so no point in a late afternoon run down the coast!!!
