Great waves all last week, so I stuffed some into one long video.
Grab a beer and some chips

good to see so many different boards in action ,the wedge looked the most challenging to ride ,but that also could be the different wave conditions ,great vid Rick ,

Awesome - you make the Flow, flow so beautifully (and all the other sups as well ) and make it look so easy AND very nice footwork
I'm always surprised that your larger sups eg. 9'4 Flow are very wide sups, but the way you move it, you wouldn't think so!
Thanks for sharing

ha ha... thanks Dave, but it's an hour before first light and I am headed to another dawn patrol.
Winter is pushing in on us, so it's grab as much as you can before I am forced into a wetsuit

Yes, the Wedge is a handful!
I have a love/hate relationship with it..... it is VERY hard for me to surf well.
It needs more leg strength that I have, to unlock all the potential.
I force myself to take it out every so often to see if I can handle it.... but it's always frustrating to be so close, but so far away.

Thanks Chickadee!
The Flow totally changed for me when I put on the Quobba Mixed Carbon Thruster fins.... they loosen up the Flow to where it seems almost effortless now.
Before the fin change, it was hard for me to link a smooth set of turns together, especially in anything over 2 ft.... I was about to abandon it altogether.
It's suddenly this magical, swooping carver, that is a joy to ride.

Hi Rick, it might be snarky and gets cold, but your videos make that little corner of the world look like a SUP surfing paradise.

Great surfing in any conditions as always.

Always great to see you ripping it up there Rick.
Thinking about a US trip there next year.
Can you recommend anywhere to stay around your neck of the woods (or Creeks)?

Thanks xup, Come on over!
of course I don't even have a place to stay there until my campground reopens in May.
it's expensive around here and usually have to book pretty far in advance.Places can be found on short notice but it's a crap shoot
Cape Cod is a hot spot that has squeezed out the working man but that's pretty much the way everywhere

camping can be reasonable if you get a spot.
it's the only way I can live here now

but it's worth the effort.. it's beautiful with lots to do and pretty consistent small summer surf

hit me up if you come!
