Could hit up Surfaids in Byron for a custom if you can't find the right fit off the shelf?
+1 on that.Excellent to deal with.Old school customer service. I just had a cover made up for my Jimmy Lewis 7'7.10mm thickness all over so no issues taking overseas.
They will give you a template which you just complete indicating required measurements.
I had mine made and posted out in about 4 days.
I have no financial interest with the company.
Cheers.Ozzie

Second that, great people and super fast turn around.
I have the Flying Objects SUP Race Bag and it is fantastic. They have them in a 14' x 30" so maybe slightly too wide however there are straps around the cover to tighten it up if you need to.
Naish Travel Bag 14'0 x 30" available through your local Naish dealer :-)nshp26.naishsurfing.com/thumb/src=aHR0cDovL25zaHAyNi5uYWlzaHN1cmZpbmcuY29tL3VzZXJmaWxlcy9HZWFycy8yMDE3TmFpc2hfV2Vic2l0ZV9BcHBhcmVsXzM2MHgyMDBfU1VQQm9hcmRCYWcucG5n/w=360/
Surfaids are great.
Check out out my post "Snug as a bug in a rug " and will show you what they can do also some ideas on the zip length
Another great option, especially as you're in Victoria, would be Balin - they made me a custom cover a few years back and it's brilliant.
Failing that, another vote for the Flying Objects bag.
