hi. looking to buy 9.8 element or the 2012 9.5widepoint. has anybody demo the 9.5wp.whats the difference between the two , info would be great. im realy after a board that glides great but still fairly loose. cheers spencer
i reckon the converse is worth a look to and may be the 8'10 WP. I ride a Pocket rocket and find it challenging in windy/ choppy condition but surfs great and alot of fun, i weigh about 95Kg on a good day

PS lived in tassie for a while carlton is a great place
i started on a 9.8 element really good glide and a solid board to surf on,plenty of float aren,t they about 150 litres .I now ride a naish 8.5 houkia just like riding a surfboard 115 litres and sometimes ride my partner s pocket rocket even thogh its 125 litres its well stable but four fins don,nt give you drive on a bottom turn compared to a 3 fin ,but with the 4 fin its got good down the line speed.
