FINAL Day before this board is ready to go in the water! Today starts off with sanding the hot coat before putting on the final gloss coat. Fine wet dry sanding and polishing of the gloss coat gets that shiny mirror like finish. All that's left to do is open up all the inserts and put the deckpad on! Hope you all enjoyed this series!

I have super enjoyed watching this series. Has given me a new appreciation for Board construction....
How much does that Board sell for?

Were you there for the hole duration of the boards construction to do the filming? Did you take note of how many hours went in to building the one board?

Really enjoyed watching a master craftsman going about what he does best.

Great to see he does every step of the board himself.

Very hard to find in this day and age of Supping.

Thanks for posting.

That is amazing, the amount of work that goes into the board really demonstrates quality workmanship. Seems a shame to cover the top over with the deck pad! That's a work of art. I'm sure the same amount went into the design before he started too. After spending so much time and effort on one board it must be hard to sell it.
