Thumbs Up

We are newbie SUPers and after a lesson and a few sessions hiring boards we took the plunge and bought a board each. With Space and transport issues we went with second inflatables found on this site. A Naish one for me and a pink Starboard 'paddle for hope' for her. Both in great condition and at great prices. I'm wondering are they best stored over winter semi inflated (10psi maybe) or is rolled up in the bag ok. I'm guessing the more often they are rinsed off with fresh water the better also. it was suggested by a local to grab a second fin for the Naish (apparently they can be broken easily) and maybe upgrade to a FCS 9 fin for the Starboard. Any other hints and tips appreciated

I think ensuring they are stored in a cool dry place is important.

Either way, depending on your storage space. If you plan on storing rolled for a long time probably best to make sure they're dry before you put them away (note: a decent quality board like the ones you have won't suffer for being rolled up a little bit damp, but may get mouldy and stinky).
