Just bought the 7'2 from Kimo's surf hut in Kailua for my 9 y/o son who weighs in at 57lbs soak and wet. Apparently Starboard discontinued this model and luckily I got a good deal. Anyone posted reviews on this board?
From I was told there are only 2 other folks on island that own it. I saw one guy in Waikiki at a break called Paradise and he was ripping on this board! He could spin it on a dime and take off on a wave and tear it up!!
Cant wait to try it out...oh I meant, cant wait for my son to try it out! Should he have to wait for Christmas??....

Sorry for the late update. Wow. My son is having a blast. It has good glide and not too floaty.... really stable and responsive for his size.

Hi Ray... cool little board you got for your son. Have you seen Ivan van vuuren ripping on a 7' kids windsurfer board with similiar dimensions to the s7' sup ? One of my favourite youtube clips... Sorry if this has been shown before...
