I am 175 cm and only 75 Kgs....Already have a Naish Raptor small and a Sunover Style 9'6...Was looking at expanding the quiver with something for larger days..
I have owned a few Hokua's over the years and although good, I am keen to go down the Sunover route...Love the construction and feel of them on the water...
Our waves get a reasonable size at times but are not very steep and barrelly, so didn't think the ACID would really work.
Also on those days there is lots of moving water and gets a litttle lumpy when its bigger, so not keen on going too small...
I am probably after either the FLOW 8'1 (or poss the 7'10) or the SPEEED in 8'2 or 7'11...They are about the same vol (size for size)....Anyone ridden these boards and could set me straight....I have read lots of reviews of the larger versions of these but not really in the market for anything much over 100ltrs....So not sure how accurate they would be.
At the moment I am leaning toward the FLOW 8'1, as by looking, the SPEEED would be quite similar to my Naish Raptor....
I want something a bit different.....
Keen to hear your views..

I thought that as well but got the 8'11 Acid @120L and have been blown away how versatile it is in small junky and bigger swell. I don't ride fast barrelly waves as live in Auckland so was a bit dubious about getting the Acid for my local conditions and on paper the Flow would make sense but the performance of the Acid is superb. Best surf SUP I have had! It's like a Ferrari that you can still take to the supermarket.

Totally agree with the Flowmaster Raptor and speed miles apart.I have only got down to 8.5 speed at 113 ltrs but its an awesome craft that has more performance tricks that unload along the journey and its a great trip.
