Racing paddles? What to choose and is there any difference between cheaper/expensive options?

Hi, looking at purchasing my first race paddle. Just wondering how for example a v drive would compare to a starboard bolt?. Is there really that much difference in quality and performance?

Also if anyone could recommend options for a smaller paddler 165cm/59kgs.
