I am 91kgs and do all my paddling on flat water, either lake or harbour type paddling. I paddle about 4 times a week and regularly do the sup 5.0 in Sydney. Owned a few boards and currently paddling a 27" race, I am a big fan. Was paddling 25" wide 2013 sprint, but wanted something more stable for choppy conditions. Seems to work really well in the flat and I am actually quicker on the wider race than the sprint In all conditions. A friend also paddled it at 100kgs and it was the fastest board he has used on the sup 5.0. He has demoed quite a few different boards. The 25" ace also has a great write up and would be a similar speed. Would recommend both over last years all stars in flatter conditions.

Were you on the real SUP 5.0 course or the PB one?
