Looks like a lot of cosmetic changes in the 2017 boards. The Mali 11 gs looks nice with the thruster set. Also the quest range being brought out to fight Chinese imports.may down grade range.
Wow. That would have to be the ugliest collection of boards Naish have come up with yet!

They will have hard competition from Starboard this and next season especially when you can buy a starlight pro wave 8/5 or 9.0 for $1,800 au. I have had three x32's over the years and loved them but I was expecting something new for 2017 to spend my $$$ on.

Hi Phil,
The Mad Dog's are the big new addition for the 2017 season in the Hokua range.
I rode the 8'6 at the dealer meeting & it felt fast, loose & at 29" wide very stable for it's 121 litres due to it's nice, widish outline & volume in front half of the board, even though the surf was small that session.
Cheers
Larry
That 8'1 Maddog looks like what I hoped the new Starboard 8'0x29 would be. Except for the whole inferior construction for more money and no deck pad thing. That part isn't as cool.
Kite Republic have the new paddles up on their website. Looks like a lot of time and effort has been put in- a big range overhaul and they look great.

I saw some of the new 2017 Naish paddles at Kite Republic last week when I was there.. Apparently every paddle in their range is totally new.. Not just the graphics.. New handles.. new blades.. new shafts and new construction.. I'm looking forward trying them out in Merimbula in November.. ![]()
I'm liking the new Quest look ...170.... 32.5 ....9.6 .. ..it seems to be a cross between the mana and x32 .fairly cheap compared to a GTW.
No boards in UK till end of September or early October and no release of any details for a little while yet
