Billboard, I get the feeling you didnt enjoy this board, have you owned one or just demo one?
No - I don't dislike the board, I just think that its one of those boards that need to be ridden because there aren't too many around and those that ride them are very good surfers and as such probably don't give a true representation of how the board would perform for the average punter. I have surfed the board and I found it relatively stable for a pointy nose board and it does paddle into waves with ease. I have surfed sups that were way better and some that were way worse but overall it was okay. I guess I just get frustrated when people say or think that because a board rips with a particular person surfing it or because every second person is riding one that it must be a great board. Nothing could be further from the truth and I encourage people to try these dream boards - but try them in comparison to everything else thats out there and find the board that suits you and not what it fashionable. I guess the other thing is - the Mct is pretty cheap at the moment and I have heard of some crazy prices being offered on them so if you get one at a giveaway price and are prepared to hang onto it then it would be a good buy for a good surfing sup.
