Actually there are a couple .. I'll try and prompt Mel and Jason to comment.. They must have missed this post.

I've never seen a Hobie on the water down this way.. I noticed on their site that they sell them in Mornington.. I'll drive down there one day and check them out.

G'day guys
New range of Hobie's arrived in oz last Wednesday.
Have spent all day today testing the 8'11" Colin Macphillips,
the 9'10" Sumo and the 12'6" and 14' race boards.
They all exeeded our expectations.
Will post video reviews soon.
Be patient they will be in shops soon.
Well worth waiting for.
DJ the new raceboards look very different to the ones you saw at
Merimbula.(really)

Hi Guys,

Here are a couple of pics of Jason on the 14 race board yesterday. I was extremely jealous as I had to work while he and all the local SUP crew got to play in these perfect little bay waves!

There is lots of info about the new range on this website;
www.hobie.com/sups/

And info about where you can get them in Australia on this website:
www.hobiesup.com.au/about/

Jason is out in the shed taking photos of all his new babies now and plans to put a more detailed review of them as we get more time. He is having a blast on the 8'11" Colin McPhillips model and I am totally stoked with the 9'10" Sumo (I have been on it for over 4.5 hours every day - mostly touring though so I can't wait to get it into some of those nice waves that I missed!)

Tell Jason to stop surfing that 14.. It's not a wave board..
