Hi there,
I've read the old topics about Gulliver boards an dam looking for more recent info.
Does anyone own or has demoed the all race ?
I'm looking for a decent flat water sup, no racing or downwind involved....![]()
Thanks in advance
I too am chasing recent info/reviews on gulliver boards. The only reviews I can find are from 3-4 years ago and I'm sure their product has improved since then!
Really like the specs and aesthetics on the allrounders but I live a LONG way from SEQ (3 hrs inland from Cairns) so getting the board back there if any issues arise will be an ordeal. I want to be absolutely certain of my purchase.
What I will say is their customer service blows everyone else out of the water. Every phone call or email enquiry has been answered swiftly, and they are happy to chat for however long it takes to answer your questions. There website is also really well done.
I would be really interested to know exactly where their boards are made. I know it's overseas but not sure where.
I have a solid background in SUP, 182cm and 85 kgs and looking for a predominantly flat water board, with the flexibility for small surf when I venture south.
Which board are you specifically looking at seanhogan? Hopefully someone on here has made a recent purchase and can assist......
Hi Deano,
looking for a 14x27/28 flat water sup.
I'm 1.83 for 90 kg.
I find those boards really nice, they are locally distributed here, but as opposed to Oz are as expensive as any other brand....
I recently purchased a Gulliver all rounder 10'6" via the internet and Have so far been very happy with the board. I am an old surfer who has recently taken up Sup. I have been paddling in the ocean and trying a few very small waves. Board looks great and I often get compliments. Very happy at this stage. Nothing negative to report yet. Difficult to tell you anything about the build as I have only had the board since Christmas . The shop owners tried to put me off buying a board via the internet but to be honest no problems with shape or build so far. I don't work for the company but am a fan of their product. Feel free to ask if you need any more info. I weigh 91 kg and find the board is just right. Catching waves However is not as easy as I would have thought.
