Brains trust required

Want to get a race board (12'6 only - shed wont take a14) for fitness and fun only.

will be used in open ocean and fLat water.

I am 6ft 90kg - should be low 80's - and have a formula / slalom windsurfing background with a bit of sup surfing also.

I have my eyes on a Falcon 27.25 but have concerns that it may not be stable enough for more recreational paddling.

Aprreciate any feedback.

SIC 12'6" Bullet.
Not the fastest but the best.
Stable, stable, stable.
Helmy at 75 (?) kg has one, me at 90 kg plus have (has?) one too (OK I have two but that is temporary)
You can surf it too.
Lovely little board.
Shape has not changed for ever, so if you are quick when one comes up for sale you get the same as current model for very little.
Old ones may be heavy though.
My 2009 TWC construction is 15.5 kg, recently purchased 2014 SCC is 12.3 kg.
Helmy's 2015 is 11kg (?)
Woops, it's officially his wife's board.

My "new" one

I,m around your weight and 27.5 wide is perfect for fun paddling. If you go wider it will become sluggish, if you go smaller it will become wobbly.
