Hi I have the Sunova Speed 8'10 130L great board but have had for many years am looking at changing to Jimmy Lewis Destroyer 8'5 same with and 130 L . As i also have a Supper Frank Lean 8 FT 115 L. Looking at just having one board and selling the other two. Anyone ridden both or owed both would love to get some feed back.
I think you should look at the Sunova Revolution as a direct comparison. You could get a custom built one in the same size. I am familar with the Revolution having 9' by 30" now, have had a 7'11'' and a 8'5" Speeed in the past. I am 85kgs and no longer as younger as most people on the water. The Speeds have a square nose which give the boards more stability than the width suggests. They are fast boards and should be ridden on the tail. Good on fatter waves but they do handle grunty waves too!
The Revolution is a performance longboard shape similar to the Destroyer. Dont SUP much now with foil brain, but this board is a one board quiver. It goes great. Nose rides easily and very fast off the back.
Good luck in your journey.
Sorry no knowledge of the other Jimmy Lewis board.

I think you should keep the combo you have. I have the 8'5 destroyer, 8 super Frank and had the 8'5 speeed. I have the most fun on the super Frank when the waves are small. The destroyer is super solid in everything and the speeed was too small but when it was glassy I loved it.
