Ahhh... too late. Making boards is still an awfully manual process, and there will be differences in weight in the same model.
You should weight the boards when you buy them, to have a true reference point for each board. Using the manufacturer value will always be different. ±5% is to be expected, and can be ±10% on some cheaper brands.
But of course, the factory average weight can give you a rough idea of the number of liters that came in, though :-)
PS: Also, does the weight include the pad?

Yes it includes the grip but as Colas said you could probably allow +-5% but Jimmy's boards should be pretty consistent....Probably doesn't include the fins so I'll check...
I know even with surfboard manufacturing the weather plays a big part in how much resin a board absorbs depending on the day & how fast the resin goes off..
If you've replaced the gore vent & the any water that got in has dried out there shouldn't be any problem....Hope this helps
