Any news or dates on when the V4 will be out or making it to Australia?

Did I see some photos on the net/instagram a little while ago?

Cheers

Do they go up a £1,000 for each V?

Interesting. What's it supposed to be based on?
Any links to these pics?

I don't even know what the V3 is, let alone the V4. How do either of these models differ from previous ones? And I assume you are talking UL boards?

I have 2 V3's a 14 and a 17'4 both Ultralite's - SIC's blurb -

The Bullet 14v3 is the narrow version of our very popular production Bullet 14v2. This board is for the agile and experienced paddler ( I am neither and don't necessarily agree, I wanted to drop some litres/width)

The NEW 17v3 has an intermediate rocker between the v1 and the v2. It also has less volume that both v1 and v2. The outline towards the nose is very narrow. this helps to keep the speed when punching through the water and is very predictable. Is meant for lighter riders and conditions a bit less rough. (Perfect for East Coast Oz).

I don't yet know of a V4 but it might be a next year or custom thing no?

V3's attached, they pretty much speak for themselves in terms what they are meant to do, very fast in every ocean condition tested to-date even with a crook back!

Now what does Santa have lined up for Christmas.....hope the sleigh picks up in Maui

Anti shark stripes. . .
Make's me wonder, how do sharks see at night or murkey water? Can they still hunt with eyes shut??

Have stripes ever been proven? Maybe pain some
Juicy steaks and see what happens?

I think maybe make it not look like a turtle, from below or other shark food.
Ready to be corrected, I have no idea

Shark stripes a free option in our current infested waters

Any ideas on the model of SIC 17'4" currently inbound into Aus?
V1, V2, V3 or V4??

Or are the last versions only custom from Maui?

You need to bust out that v3 17 for this Sundays race.
Will not get any better for a downhill race in sydney!

It gets a bit confusing when you start considering the custom Maui built creations but here's the basics:

The 17'4" x 26.6" Hollow moulded V1 Bullet available on Maui is the same as the production 17'4" x 26.6" Bullet we get here.
The 17'4" x 28" Hollow moulded V2 Bullet is only available from Maui.
The 17'4" x 26" Hollow moulded V3 Bullet currently only available from Maui.
The V1 Bullet 14 from Maui is the same as the production 14 V1 We get here.
The V3 Bullet 14 from Maui is the same as the production 14 V2 We get here.
There are also several versions of the F16 and F18 available on Maui.

Mr Grenfell has two of THE most desirable boards you will see in Australia. Awesome choices!!!

I'm getting a 17'4" V3 inspired board made for me soon.
The plan is: hand shaped, V3 outline, 17' x 25.5", 3/4" more rocker than the standard V3 over the last 18" to 24"(haven't fully decided on this yet), new FAST steering and a few other custom touches here and there.
Should be super light and responsive, just hope I can do it some justice!!!

Not quite on the 14 Kitty. The v3 14' is tweaked over the v2 production. Skinnier and a bit more full on. Looks nice though.

Oooopppps!!
Spot on Sam, Maui V3 is 14 x 26.75" vs the production V2 which is 14 x 27.25". I am of course open to correction!!! :)

Very jealous of Grenfells 14 V3. When I paddled one last year it went awesome!! So light and responsive. Beautiful boards. :)
