Full PVC sandwich - nice!
A bit heavy though. But I guess that's a board with a lot of volume, and its better to build a board that's a bit heavy but very durable than superlight and super-fragile IMO.
Have a chat with Sam Parker about it. Not sure if he's paddled it yet but if not, I'm sure he will very soon.

Cant get the bugger off the NSP unlimited at the moment.
