I may have stumbled upon the testing site for the company that makes yellow boards.

I am on a business trip, staying on a (beautiful) lake in Bavaria, and came across a SUP on the beach. I think the designers must have been taking a break, and perhaps Kai was getting a massage. The opportunity was there so I took it for a paddle.

It is an innovative hybrid design. Both inflatable and hard HDPE. Although when I removed the plug only water came out...

Bert Berger would love the design. The channels weren't just in the tail area like my Speeed, they ran the full length of the board.

In the nose there was a concave area which would make it perfect for nose riding. Unfortunately I have been here a week and still there have been no waves... And in case you took it out at Chopes, it had elastic ropes on the deck to hold a first aid kit.

I really liked the features designed for the kook - handles on the side and nose to grab when you fall off in the line-up.

I took it for a long paddle. She was fast and sleek - probably faster than my Minion to paddle. With the aid of my GPS watch, I had it up over 7 knots. Ducks were surfing my wake.

I managed to sneak some photos:

Board looks ace...but even more the 3D tool is fantastic....what a way for folks to actually see a board properly. Well done Naish.

If you mean the board I rode (and not the Naish) it was 10'x31". (I found it on a Web site.) It was just a fun plastic sup at the hotel where I was staying.

In case anyone was wondering, my review was supposed to be a joke. Maybe I should leave comedy to the professionals But I got some red thumbs - tough crowd...
