hi all.
I have a fanatic stylemaster 10' at 30" wide.
Im 182cm @78kgs.

I have just had a surf trip where spent more time on a longboard (surfing) than SUP.
Due to chop on shore/wind and bumpy conditions.

What I would like is a board that is easy to balance on, and easy to position/turn for on coming wave.
Plus obviously ride waves well.

i love the stylemaster for what it's good at, longboard styling, which it does really well in a smooth sea state.

Thanks for for all advice in advance.

I'm similar weight but a bit shorter and ride a Sunova Flow 8'10.
I find it very stable in chop & wind.
Easy to turn onto the wave and performance on the wave is great.

Thanks for that info. The flow was a board I was considering as well.

Blue Planet Funstick. It was designed for choppy conditions, is super stable but heaps of fun in the surf. There's a shorter version if needed.
