2015 Naish Raptor 7 x 28 vs 2015 Starboard Airborn 7'11" x 30
I'm looking for opinions on which of the two board listed people would choose as their 70% board, i.e. one they would have in their quiver for the 70 % of the time conditions are never as clean as they look in the holiday brochures! I have a high performance 8'5" board for the overhead glassy stuff in winter and a 10 foot cruiser longboard for the small mellow stuff.
I realise both are brand new designs and despite the different plan shapes they have many similarities in making them user friendly in choppy conditions with less than optimum waves.
I'm 6'1" and 70 kg's so I'm in the ballpark for the target market for both boards.
Live in a remote part of the world so demo's not an option.
