Great. I'm replacing 10 6 style and was looking at a 10. 2 piece. Cost and weight would be handy if you can manage it.

Cost is at bottom of Sunova website .. about $800 A.U.D.
Weight increase 1.3 kg
Performance is barely noticable difference, excluding the weight increase

Just taken delivery of 2 piece 10 ' XL Style. (137.9 lt) Bushfire watch keeping me out if surf so I've had a little time on the bathroom scales measuring system for a few stats.
Board in bag with assembly tool. 17.1 kg so with a wettie n few t shirts it will still be comfortably within airline limits .
Board 12.1 kg. . My 10 6 Style (148.4 lt) is 11kg with a bit of wax on the nose. So extra weight is not enormous but noticeable to pick up.I have had a snapped epoxy longboard repaired and found the extra weight actually worked well so it will be interesting to note any difference.
The rocker across the 6" shorter board is slightly more pronounced to my eye so maybe I'll lose glide but pick up on turns. ..maybe..
Bag on its own weighed 5kg and is a bit more lightly padded than I expected given its purpose for dedicated travel. I would have liked a double ended ? zip on side pocket to allow padlocking zip (the main bag zip has this). Yeah I know zips padlocking isn't much of a security measure but it makes the wife feel better which goes a long way towards my o/s trips.
Lets see how it surfs!

All good. No noticeable difference in flex. Bolts held night after a couple of surfs not requiring extra tightening. I've ordered spare bolt but had to get them from factory in Thailand. I'll probably never lose one (just like car keys n mobile phones) but I don't want to be away with one board and a missing bolt either.

If you could fit a board into a standard suitcase .....now that would be awesome. Less of a target
