All bases covered with just one board.....very cool!
Looks like just two front straps and single pos mast base insert Scotty? Choice of tracks and/or Deep Tuttle for foil?
How's that water clarity! ![]()

Yeah. Just had two straps in but definitely will be running a third for the back foot.
Not really needed with windsurf wavesailing but for windsurf foiling would have a been a plus for sure.
Will be having choice of tuttle or track for people to be able to try different foils.
Mast track is a Short US box.
And hilly. I used to have your mindset as well. even though it rarely gets ****ty enough to use them around margs.
does the standard board come capable of mounting a foil or is it a special order extra

thanks Hilly, sorry i was thinking the hipster twin in particular
Standard Hipsters don't come with foil and strap and deck box
They're an entity unto themselves
the Hipster Transformer. Same shape. Just with additions:)
Hey Scottie,
Thanks for the response. I don't know of anyone in Melb who will give out a demo board out to take down the coast. i'm about 82-85kg wet depending on the time of year, no pro, but can get around. I'm looking to progress from a 9'5'' widepoint which i started on a few years ago down to a smaller dedicated surf sup, usually surf beach breaks between fairhaven and Lorne. What board, length and litre's would you recommend? Foiling is something i'd probably get into at a later date, was just thinking ahead.

G'day Stew, I am your weight and have the 7'8"x 28 98L. Its pretty stable but a very big size drop from your widepoint. I have ridden the 8'2"x 30 hipster twin and with the full nose I reckon it would be pretty close to what you are after. I think they are around 115L mark, but it's the outline that makes then so stable. At first anything smaller than your widepoint will feel small and tippy. It won't take more than a few sessions and you will be fine and staying dry. Cheers Bender

Hey Mr Damage
Two production options would be the 8'6x 31.5 or 8'0 x 30.5
As Bender mentioned. They are very stable for their dimensions due to the outline.
It depends how quickly you want to step down.
At your weight, with mild proficiency, I don't think it would be asking too much to step straight down to the 8'0
we're actually coming out with a new size which is 8'3 x 31.
I reckon this could be your magic numbers
cheers

Nice one Scotty,it looks like its a great wave sailing board ,I think I need a Christmas present ,
