I am looking for a foil to start wing dinging but don't know what size to get. I am 80kg and will be out in about 10 to 20 knots normally. Also, is it better to start with a low aspect front wing and what is a good size mast to begin with? So many questions and so little idea. Hoping someone can help.

Bigger is easier. Some struggle when foil is not big enough. Error on the large size. You can always add a smaller higher performance foil after getting better. The original large wing will be handy on light wind days for life.

102 Axis is the gold standard for learning winging. 2000 sq cm
