I'm really enjoying the Signature Albatross 165 with a 15" flat tail, so far it is the best foil I've tried. I realized to get the full potential of this foil, I have to move it far forward into the box. Actually my box are so far back that I had to put extra holes on the base plate to move it even forward.
Takulma Kujira looks promising.

The Armstrong HS1250 I found similar speed & pump to the 165 - you can't go wrong with either of these foils....actually all the new designs look sick these days.
