I have the Slingshot FWIND V3 windsurf foil (www.slingshotsports.com/Hover-Glide-FWind-V3) and am wondering if I could use this with a wing foil board without buying any new components?
I am liking the look of the Fanatic Sky Wing which has a US Track and am assuming the hover glide pedestal fits this connection (www.slingshotsports.com/Hover-Glide-Aluminum-Top-Plate).
When I look at the foils Fanatic sells with this board, specifically the Areo 2000 Long Fuselage (www.fanatic.com/foil/foils/surf-sup-wing-foils/aero-2000-long-fuselage) it seems to be very similar in geometry which leads me to believe it might actually work.
Has anyone already done this or will this plan not work?
Yeah seen a few guy using the windfoil fuse sets up on the the wing dings , so yes I think your set up will work.
