I'm headed to Mooloolaba next week

where are the best prone foiling spots for an intermediate prone surfer?

Due to the sandbagging of "the spot" & avderse weather conditions the Sunny coast has become pretty fickle to find a good foil wave.

Try Maroochydore RM on a run - out tide or Mooloolaba Spit if there's plenty of swell, PM me if you don't have any luck & obviously please keep out of crowded surf spots...last thing we need is someone to get injured & possible bans.

Had 3 awesome. Perfect days at "Mooloolaba spit BBQ area"

I was the only one out this morning.

Was perfection on the low tide. Easy chip in with multiple link ups.
yesterday was just me and another Craig. Also a perfect day

I Tried the cottoman tree river mouth twice. It was the bumpiest choppiest messiest wave I have ever surfed

Yep that's Cotton tree, the sandbags have killed it for now
