Has anyone here in Aus tried Project Cedrus?

I love the idea of having one mast that is compatible with any foil brand, but I'm hesitant to drop so much money on a mast without having ever seen (or tried) one.

I'm in the US. But owned one for a bit. Lots of guys in Los Angeles are on them now, or have them ordered.

It's light. When you add in the baseplate and the "doodad" adapter. It's not as noticeable of a difference.

If you like the AXIS 19MM mast you will love the Cedrus mast.

The Progression Project does an interview with the owner, Kyle Lobisser who is a structural engineer. I found it very informative. I listened on Stictcher.

When I need a new mast I will definitely consider one of these. You are getting an excellent product and you can change foil brands with minimal outlay. Foils are quickly developing and I think we still have some way to go.

Agree. I ordered one with adapter for Axis, takuma and unifoil which are the foils I really like these days.
Having the same mast will makes things easier.
Also, I m pretty sure stiff mast gives more performance.

After a long doubt I ordered one for the same reason. Sort of One mast to rule them all.
A bit more serious, Right now I use Sab foil and really like them but also demoed the Kujira 1210 and was so impressed that it keeps buzzing in my mind and really suit my conditions for wingfoil. With an Cedrus its a bit easier to try different brands.
A friend of me has one and it is shocking how much stiffer it is as the Sab mast.

It is shocking how much sabfoil mast flexes even the M92 with all the extra chord and it so heavy. So yeah cedrus despite the extra thickness drag.

Compared to Cedrus or the Axis yes, but Armstrong, PSG, Unifoil and Naish twist/bend imo a lot more and don,t get me started about the aloy Takuma mast.
I really like the Idea that with an adapter I can easily try different brands, although its also a bit of opening pandora's box with all that options.
