Has anyone in Australia had success getting any Go Foil's this year ?

As a SUP retailer I ordered x 4 Kai Models on Feb 22-3, after several chase up phone calls to the Go Foil office I finally received a confirmation email of my order and was told they would be ready in 4-6 weeks.

12 weeks now no emails or news on my order ???

Looks like the new Naish 2nd gen. foil will beat Go Foil to my retail outlet.

I had the same problem put a deposit down and waited months, very poor communications with them, then asked for a refund which they sorted very quickly so no idea what is going on. I went with a takuma in the end.

Nailed it Hilly, after holding a go foil for the first time the other week the potential for serious injury was very apparent, as we all know some fads can kill.
Yes Charlie, Takuma look good as do Pelican Foils and Gong.
Looks like a dud order has been a lucky stroke for my business Ledger.
As an 80's Kid that grew up sailing and windsurfing Port Phillip Bay those darn Windsurf / Sup foil board combos do have some strong appeal, maybe the yet to be known price tag will bring me to my senses.
Had a blast riding my sub 8' quad today at my home break in small yet nice off shore conditions.
My present paddock is good, I think I need some blinkers of some type for new board riding concepts.
Ciao

Yeah same story everywhere all over the world, massive back log of orders can't get a straight answer . Pretty frustrating. Go Foil had a lot of early failures and it's the replacement foils that caused the back log. I eventually got mine it's worth the wait but there are now heaps of others on the market.

Your foil will be multipurpose , bolt it on your SUP , prone , kite or windsurfer. We just had the most epic day yesterday . Towing in on open ocean and an outer bombie up to 800m rides. It is the most amazing sensation and you are just in awe as the foiler silently flys by the boat. It's not a Fad but a new generation of sport.

Had my go foil for a few days, and loving it. It's an awesome way too experience surfing. And if a great down wind version pops up, that would be the bomb.
