I just dropped a video of my 3rd paddle session on the F-One JAM 1400. It's a ton of fun, and I hope it's preparing me for downwind runs in the future. I'm running a Naish Microchip V2 80 cm, 5 L Board - perfect for training. I'm still working on finding the right paddle-stroke length and the pumping-and-paddling rhythm. Any tips?
