Ha ha reckon this would work, Jimmy up one of these, 18 pounds of thrust 20 kg, probably strip it back a bit too reduce weight. Cheap $ 150 bucks.Im just mad enough too try

How much power does it use could you power it with a 18v cordless drill battery like I do with my wash down pump

I powered a canoe with what looks like the same Watersnake,it ran for a couple of hours on a small car battery

It's going to be nuts in the coming years with electric motors and battery powered toys. I'm even blown away by my electric bike a tiny 250watt motor can pull me up a steep hill. If too purchase a new petrol powered car these days I reckon your nuts.

petrol car will be the past, elec is the new thing.
I'll take up foiling once elec foil gets cheaper.

I've had exactly the same idea teatree. Wasn't sure what size to get or which battery to run it off. I might let you do the experimenting!!!

I've had exactly the same idea teatree. Wasn't sure what size to get or which battery to run it off. I might let you do the experimenting!!!

What type of battery and motor is the fliteboard guy down the coast using ?
Battery needs to be compact and light.
