Hi,
Having been obsessed with all things foiling. Kite foiling for 12 months & SUP foiling for about 5 months on a Sunvoa 7 8'' with a Naish Large surf wing. I have found days where its a a lot of fun to prone foil surf (at the moment just using the sunvoa foil sup) & can see the benefit in the prone board in certain conditions. Would be good to get the swing weight down to a minimum.
Trouble is, there doesn't seem to be many foil surfboards available and the ones that are, are very expensive.
Does anyone know of a reasonably priced foil surfboard (I know this is SUP- but hoping for a bit of cross over) .
I know a lot of days I should just go back to a regular board, but fighting for a wave with the crowd of surfers doesn't hold up anymore. Especially after the wave count & length you get on a foil sitting on a section of the ocean no one else wants.
A lot of the crew here are just proning their kite foil boards , like Slingshot Converter and the North's. Pretty easy to convert an old prone board with the Slingshot pre fab boxes . Just look for a board with a bit of extra volume to start .

Keep your eyes peeled as the new 2019 lines up of Naish Prone boards are just around the corner. 4'4" to 5'10" (through 11 boards). High volumes, wide outlines, he boards look sick and are purpose built to perform and last.
Having a sale this month on all sup's & foil boards....Have limited numbers of surfboard foils left...
