Hi All,
Where in Perth can you do lessons behind a boat. I know West Oz Kiting were doing them but cant see lessons on their website anymore.
Thanks
Great I know Action Sports
I'm having no luck getting any practice as theres almost never any foil waves in Perth and DW is Pro territory.
Thanks
I did a cable session at perth wake park - recommended!
For real? Or Joke?
It's pretty quick, great option...not sure about slicing some poor kid
Get a wingding.
Got one...got slightly airborne.
Wing Ding kept flipping on it's back which was annoying

I'm guessing it does this when in the water after a fall and getting ready to get going again. I think they all do it but as you get better it happens much less.
I learnt to foil without any time behind a boat or jet ski by using the wingding.

Thanks I'm enjoying the Wing Ding, would love to be able to foil learning this way.
Learn the wing first, get the biggest board you have and practice, you'll do the "walk of shame" can't get up wind or get to where you started. Its worth it ,winging is so much fun,it's easier if you have kite or windsurfer experience.then once you have the wing down pat, then drag out the foil.Dont try to learn both at the same time a recipe for frustration and long walks in waist deep water.

Nah they put you on the beginners lake and can control the speed of the cable - makes it easy to learn - 1 hr on the cable and i was ready (enough) for waves on my prone board
