Can someone please tell me where usually / generally an Axis Mast likes to be positioned (I know Armstrong like to be forward & Go Foil like to go near the back) so is Axis more neutral or a bit more back or forward?:-) Thanks!:-)

Bolt it on start in the middle go foil if it's to much lift move it back to little jam it forward, your the only one that will know if it's in the right spot for you I think it's such a personal preference, some people like lots of front foot pressure others back foot play around see what works for you.

The generally accepted method is to fit the foil where you think, pick the board up by the front wing (as much as possible along the point of lift). You are looking for the mast to be vertical and the board flat, move the mast forward or backwards to achieve this. (Allow for any rocker in the board.

From this starting point try riding the set up and move the mast based on the feel. Alternately, put the mast at the back, go and try it and move it forward from there, this approach can work in the surf as the decreased lift (for the same weight distribution) reduces the chance of the board ollie'ing out of the water when you try to catch a wave.

Try posting which board and particular Axis set up and someone might be able to tell you their settings as the fuses, wings make a difference and the location of the tracks in the boards is probably the biggest variable.
