Just got back from a foil session 2ft sloppy onshore winds, wow this is what foil brings, it was hard work but got some sweet rides and on a couple absolutely flying, when I turned of the wave looked back from where I started I had flown a good 300m .And I surfed one of Australia's most crowded breaks and had the joint too myself. Foiling opens up so many riding opportunities. Can turn mush into gold??

I have the go foil in my old naish 9,3 seems to work well. I've only had about 10 sessions and each one I'm flying longer.

No, I just went at it, just like sup the first time you try it in the waves your thinking I'll never get this, but persist and you will, it's not really that hard I don't think as long as your pretty fit and have good balance.
